
e.surv Chartered Surveyors is part of the Surveying & Valuation division of LSL Property Services Group plc (LSL), a London Stock Exchange-listed company. LSL complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code and meets all relevant reporting requirements, ensuring transparency, accountability, and responsible business practices including, SECR, ESOS, TCFD and CDP reporting. As part of the Surveying & Valuation division, e.surv is led by a statutory board and an executive management team under the Divisional Managing Director. Risk and governance is overseen by divisional committees, supported by e.surv’s Risk & Governance Director and LSL’s Group Chief Risk Officer.
The Group ESG and Corporate Sustainability programme is overseen by the LSL Group Sustainability Steering Committee, chaired by LSL’s Head of Sustainability and sponsored by the Group CEO.
Delivery of the ESG programme is supported through a series of cross-divisional forums, ensuring broad representation and alignment across all areas of the business. e.surv’s sustainability objectives are overseen by our ESG Steering Committee which was established in 2023 and supports the work of LSL’s Sustainability Committee. Our divisional steering committee is sponsored by our Risk & Governance Director. The Committee reports into e.surv’s SMT and Managing Director. Action is driven by dedicated forums and working groups, each led by an Executive or Senior Management sponsor who provides strategic oversight.
Our Group wide combined ethics policy outlines our appraoch to anti-corruption and bribery, anti-slavery and human trafficking, conflicts of interest, tax evasion, whistleblowing and fraud. We have an annual programme of compliance training for colleagues that includes anti-money laundering, financial crime and information security to ensure compliance.
e.surv is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), ensuring our surveyors meet the highest professional and ethical standards. As one of the UK’s largest employers of RICS Registered Surveyors, we deliver trusted, high-quality residential property services.
Our surveyors follow the RICS Home Survey Standard and Valuation Global Standards (Red Book), guaranteeing consistency, transparency, and consumer protection. Ongoing professional development is supported by our dedicated Learning & Development team to keep skills and knowledge up to date. All of our surveyors must adhere to the RICS’s Rules of Conduct.
