We are working to reduce our environmental impact through smarter, more sustainable practices. By leveraging digital tools and remote technologies, we are working towards minimising travel, reducing emissions, and promoting efficient, low-carbon surveying methods. We continuously seek innovative ways to conserve resources, reduce the impact of business travel, cut waste, and embed environmental responsibility into every aspect of our operations.
At e.surv Chartered Surveyors, we recognize the urgent need to address climate change and the critical role businesses must play in transitioning to a low carbon economy. That’s why we are proud to commit to becoming a net zero business by 2040.
We are embedding this commitment throughout our business—from reducing emissions across our value chain to investing in renewable energy, circular practices, and innovative technologies. These efforts not only reduce the environmental impact of our products and services but also support our valued customers and clients in achieving their own climate targets.
We are committed to being transparent in our progress, by publicly disclosing our science-aligned climate targets, alongside the actions we take to meet these goals.
As Chair of the e.surv ESG Steering Committee, I am committed to ensuring that our actions reflect our ambition. We are building a resilient, profitable, and future-ready business—one that meets today’s challenges and contribute to a more sustainable future.

We are committed to transparent and accountable climate action. Each year, we measure and report our greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2, and key Scope 3 categories. This helps us understand our biggest impacts, set meaningful reduction targets, and track our progress toward our 2040 net-zero goal.
Our emissions data is published at LSL Group level in the Annual Report. e.surv’s entity level emissions data is published in our statutory accounts submitted to Companies House.
