Michael Chichester

Michael Chichester is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a RICS Registered Valuer and has authored RICS Practice Information papers. He joined e.surv in 2013 as a valuation surveyor, transitioned into Technical Surveying in 2019, and was appointed Head of Technical Surveying in 2021. In his current role, Michael leads the alignment of technical surveying standards with broader business objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders across lending, compliance and governance to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic impact.
