We employ over 400 surveyors who provide mortgage valuations for UK lenders and RICS HomeBuyer reports, RICS Condition Reports, RICS Building Surveys and independent valuations for house buyers across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Over the past 30 years, we’ve enjoyed huge success, kick-starting and developing the careers of hundreds of residential surveyors. Since 2013, we’ve recruited over 160 graduate surveyors and over 130 of these have achieved AssocRICS status. This is due to an exceptional mix of structured training and our successful mentoring programme.

Once qualified, our surveyors never stop their personal and professional development. Our Learning and Development Team ensure that everyone has access to the training they need to keep abreast of changes in policy, surveying methods, building regulations and more.
