Here at e.surv Chartered Surveyors, our trainees learn through a combination of “on the job” experience and classroom-based training.
All trainees receive targeted tuition covering a number of essential “technical” and “mandatory” competencies outlined by RICS. This is delivered through a mix of seminars, workshops and assignments.
Trainees also spend time at Head Office in Kettering to gain experience of other departments within the business e.g. appointment booking, customer care and Post Valuation Queries (PVQ).
At other times, trainees work from their local areas, alongside their designated mentor. This time is invaluable to our trainees as they are able to carry out real-life surveys with friendly support from an experienced e.surv surveyor.
Trainees learn how to efficiently use our innovative iPad-based technology and our remote valuation app in order to work smarter and enjoy a good work-life balance.
What’s more, we provide full support to our AssocRICS surveyors who wish to
progress through their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to achieve MRICS status.
e.surv’s graduate programme has enabled me to successfully achieve the AssocRICS designation and, through ongoing training and support from my peers, I am now embarking upon the APC to achieve full Chartered Status.
