Mauricio is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in people strategy, organisational development, and change. He joined e.surv as People Director following senior roles at Purplebricks PLC and extensive leadership experience across HR, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
He is passionate about the future of work and Human‑Centred AI, and is currently completing a Master’s in AI and Digital Transformation, building on earlier Master’s degrees in HR Management and Employment Law.
Outside work, he enjoys time with his children, music, cycling, the gym, cooking, and reading.
