And the award goes to…

We’re delighted to announce that e.surv was named ‘Best Surveying Firm’ at last night’s Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards 2020.

The award was received by Managing Director, Jane Cross who was joined by Business Development Director, Richard Sexton at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in Kensington.

Now in its 20th year, the Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards celebrate innovation and achievement within the mortgage industry. Like other industry awards, it presented a great opportunity for us to tell our story and outline some of our key achievements over the past 12 months.

Our submission focused on a transformative year for e.surv, in which we were awarded the contract to supply surveying and valuation services to Lloyds Banking Group, particularly the transition programme designed to facilitate the transfer of over 300 colleagues from Colleys. But we also focused on the introduction of real-time audit, the development of Lender Hub, the launch of SMS text booking, and our flexible benefits scheme.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to us winning this award. Your hard work and passion is acknowledged across the industry.

But the excitement doesn’t end there …

Tonight, we’ll be heading back to Kensington for the Equity Release Awards at which we’ve been shortlisted in the Best Surveyor category, alongside Countrywide Surveying Services and Gateway Surveyors. Representing e.surv and hoping to scoop the title will be Strategic Relationship Manager, Caroline Ouseley and Surveying Quality Manager, Paul Morton, both of whom work closely with our clients in the rapidly growing Equity Release market.

We’ll let you know how we get on …
