e.surv took top spot at the prestigious Mortgage Introducer Awards two weeks ago, winning the award for Survey/Valuation Business of the Year.
The award was collected by Emma Short, Head of Marketing Communications (right) and Hannah Southwell, Marketing Communications Executive (left).
Emma said of the award win: “We’re absolutely thrilled with this award. It’s no secret that 2018 has been a busy year for e.surv – making us the largest property risk, surveying and valuation business in the UK.
“However, our submission didn’t focus on our size. Instead, we focused on our commitment to customer care, the use of technology to improve the customer journey, and our unique market position in the debate about property risk, emerging trends and lending policy.”
The award comes hot-on-the-heels of the MoneyAge Awards 2018, at which e.surv was named Mortgage Surveyor of the Year.
“It’s so important to everyone at e.surv to be recognised by industry professionals for all the hard work we’ve put in over the last twelve months,” explained Emma. “We’re looking forward to another exciting year in 2019!”
