We are now recruiting for a Technical Surveying Manager (specialising in equity release). The role would suit an experienced AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS surveyor looking for a new opportunity on a part time basis of 0.4 FTE
You will interact with Equity Release lenders, operations and the wider risk and audit team to ensure our reports are completed to a high standard and all the best support and guidance is available to our surveyors throughout the UK.
You'll also actively monitor surveyor technical compliance and provide technical guidance to the business, external clients, and suppliers.
Occasional national travel may be required with presence in the Kettering Office to suit business needs.
