Yesterday we welcomed 12 new surveyors onto our AssocRICS training programme.
Over the next year, they will be mentored through a combination of on-the-job training and classroom sessions to become qualified AssocRICS surveyors at e.surv.
They started by getting to know each other at Ash Pearce’s induction session where they built structures with spaghetti and marshmallows, and drew pictures of their dream homes. By the looks of it, a great day was had by all!
