Trudy Woolf

Trudy Woolf is an RICS Fellow (RICS) Chartered Surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience working for Lloyds Banking Group and since joining e.surv has supported lenders in the residential valuation, survey and wider mortgage industry.

Trudy is a technical expert in the industry, specialising in new build, climate change and sustainability and has previously contributed to a number of industry working groups including Future Homes Hub, UK Finance and RICS.

Trudy is a named contributor on several published Professional Standards including ‘Valuation of buy to let and HMO properties’, ‘Valuation approaches for properties in multi-storey, multi-occupancy residential buildings with cladding’ and ‘Decarbonisation of UK Real Estate’.

In addition to contributing, chairing and speaking at a number of industry conferences.
