Property Information

It can be a little daunting when you buy a house. There are a lot of new terms to understand when you're talking to your solicitor, surveyor, or financial representatives. That's why we've tried to pull together as much of this information as possible to support you during the home-buying process.

In this section you'll find out more about what we do as surveyors, the kind of language we use in our reports, some of the common questions we are asked by our customers and some general information about the kinds of defects we commonly find in our work.

We love receiving feedback, so if there's anything you feel we're missing that you'd like to see in our Information Centre then please click on the Feedback button to get in touch.
