Pre-sales valuations and re-valuations
Pre-Sale Valuations:
Pre-Sales Valuations are for new developments but these are required for sales and marketing purposes.
Pre-Sales Valuations are more specific than Pre-Valuations because we can see how properties are being finished, including kitchens and bathrooms. We give a definite 'Market Value' or 'Market Rent' in the case of Intermediate Rented properties and can give both 'MV' and 'MR' if required. These valuations are valid for 3 months from the date of valuation.
Pre-Sales Revaluations:
These are used to keep the valuation up to date in the light of current local market conditions. They are principally desktop exercises. They are valid for 3 months from the date of revaluation.
Drive-by Valuations:
e.surv carries out thousands of these and can give Market Value, Market Rent or figures for both depending on requirements. Drive-by valuations can be carried out on New Developments as a 'sense-check' to give market value / rent values between x & y per property type before a Pre-valuation is instructed.
