Alison Traversoni - Executive Director, Surveying Division
Alison has been with the LSL Group for over 20 years and was part of the management buy out team. She is a director of the Boards of e.surv, Barnwoods and Chancellors Associates and at e.surv, Alison has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since September 2008. She joined the Board as an executive director in May 2010 with overall responsibility for the performance and development of the Group's successful surveying division. Alison has a wealth of relevant experience and is highly regarded within the surveying industry by both surveyors and lender clients.
Richard Sexton - Director, Business Development
Richard is the Director of Business Development for e.surv. Following a career in Sales, Richard joined what was to become the LSL Property Services Group in 1991, and has held a number of management positions in Property Services, Asset Management and Valuation Divisions. Richard is a recognised media commentator on behalf of e.surv and the wider group in both main stream and trade press.
Richard Deeprose - Director, Strategy and Planning
Richard Deeprose joined e.surv Chartered Surveyors as Director of Strategy in 2008, having previously held senior positions within Barclays including Managing Director of Ekins Surveyors (a wholly owned subsidiary) and a member of Woolwich Mortgages management team. He transferred to Barclays in 2000 from Woolwich plc, where he was responsible for corporate real estate as Estates Director and residential property valuations as Operations Director for Ekins. Previous roles include working for corporates' such as Prudential and Merrill Lynch and in private practice estate agency and surveying businesses.
