Existing properties

Drive-by Valuations:
e.surv can give Market Value, Market Rent or both figures for existing properties.

Resale valuations:
These are carried out when the existing owners wish to sell properties previously bought through New Build Homebuy or Shared Ownership and are offered for sale through the same scheme. The new buyer has to purchase the same percentage as the seller previously owned.

Staircasing valuations:
These are carried out on properties under New Build Homebuy schemes, where the resident buys an additional share of the property that is part-owned and part-rented. Minimum of 10% share increments can be bought up to the maximum allowed share or until the property is owned outright.
